I got impressed with cyberia's prices (obviously :) ) and set out using it and I never had to call their support. What more do I need!

dude i am planning to take dsl ,shall i go for zajoulnet.is it good. their 256kbps costs only 350 for 6 months + free modem.do let me know immediately amritsahoo@gmail.com
I checked with a former zajoulnet user. He said he now started using it again. and he is quite happy about the service. The two things he liked most apart from the good speed and service is 1. The low price (I missed zajoul in my list!) and 2. the freeze option. If he is to go on vacation, he can freeze for the period he won't be able to use the service while away on vacation and that is a definite plus for us, the expats.
Do note that Cyberia is the worst! Go to Cyberia and read whats written below the pricing. There is download limit per month! Well once u cross the limit your speed reduces.
Example if you have 256 and you cross 8GB (whihch is the download limit per mo.) your speed will reduce to 64kbps

I believe the saying 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder' holds here too. The best ISP keeps changing over time and person. Like Obama and Clinton, there are no clear winner yet!
The reason I fell over for cyberia was exactly the same reason you mentioned. Reading what you mentioned, I felt otherwise, that they are being transparent while other ISPs too might be doing something similar but are not open. At least in the beginning cyberia's account management screen used to rightly show the total gb used already but now it seems it has stopped working. Apart from that I have atleast one negative comment from a live cyberia user. He claims that at times it browses brazingly fast while at other times it is down to 5 kbps! That was disappointment a mountain.
Here is another ISP I missed in the list. Seems reasonable going through their site. The prices are better than that of cyberia.
Sherb, by the way why don't you mention which ISP you prefer?
As far as I know only Cyberia got bandwidth limit. Except for Nesma they have a separate low cost DSL scheme with bandwidth limit.
Anyways... answer to your question for ISP i prefer is Zajoul.
At 1st i used to use Saudi Net, what i faced with saudi net was poor reliability. Almost every week minimum 3-5 times connection down.
Then i switched to AwalNet, in the begining it was master piece, then as they were busy shifting their international network from STC to ITC was facing some trouble for few months then it was back to normal and now again for some reason not quiet reliable, but if your a basic user you wont get disappointed with awalnet. Customer care wise Awalnet is not at all good.
The best pricing, customer service, well like i said goes for Zajoul.
As for timebeing let me end it here.
